Who is going to be doing the work ?
All Work will be carried out by our engineers, who are qualified and trained to the highest standards.
Will I be issued with an electrical test certificate once rewire is completed ?
Yes of course, Once electrical rewire is completed you will be issued with Electrical Installation Certificate & Building Control Notification registered with local council.
Do you have Dust sheets ?
Yes we carry our own supply of dust sheets alongisde plastic sheeting for fixed furniture.
How long will the Rewire take ?
The Electrical Rewire will take around 1 – 2 days most of our homes are rewired in around 1 day up to 3 bedroom.
Will an Electrical home rewire increase my house value ?
Yes of course, A electrical rewire will increase the property only slightly however the selling point of telling a vendor your property is rewired will make the property a lot easier to sell.
Is the Rewire a messy job ?
Yes an electrical rewire is a very messy & disruptive job however we limit this by being very clean & use specialist dust extraction equipment.
Will I be left will the rubbish from the work carried out ?
We will remove all waste upon work carried out.
Will the loft need to be cleared ?
Not completely, we can work around some storage ,however if the loft storage is extensive we will require it to be removed.
Can I Rewire my house myself ?
You can, and have it signed off by an electrician although we strongly do not recommend this. You may also find it difficult to find an electrician willing to sign off the works.
Why should I get my home Rewired ?
Safety is usually the most common reason for a rewire, however an electrical rewire offers so many advantages as you are able to re design your whole electrical system adding socket outlets & lighting points throughout the property.
Can I Rewire one room at a time ?
Yes you can, however we completley advise against this, as it will cost significantly more and take alot more time to complete.
Do I need to let my neighbours know I am having an electrical rewire ?
Yes, we usually knock on the morning of works to advise there is going to be quite a long period of drilling.
Will I require plastering once rewire is completed ?
Yes, we offer a plastering service to plaster all the chases that have been created from the rewire. Our plastering service can be usually carried out the same day or the following day.
Will I need to Re-Decorate ?
Yes, We can provide a quote if required for re- decoration following electrical rewire.
Do you offer any guarantee on the home rewire ?
Yes, we offer a 6 year NICEIC Platinum Promise.

Its always best if you can rewire when you move into a house or when you decide to decorate, however its not always possible to use these windows of opportunity.
