House Rewiring is a monster of a task it requires engineers to work in sync with one and another to get the task done efficiently as possible, we aim to rewire all properties in a short timescale avoiding the need for disruption to customers lives for long periods of time.

What was the challenges you faced on the project ?
Well firstly this one had a few advanatges to the project – for example the property was empty with a large ground floor void, this allowed us to install wiring below the property instead of long removal of plaster from above. The main challenge on this project was the right side of the property had a flat roof with the no access which meant for difficult wiring.
How long did the rewire take ?
The Engineers arrived onsite at 07:30 and completed the House Rewire by 17:00.
What was your favourite bit about the job ?
On this one our favourite bit has to be seeing our apprentice face for the first time getting the famous 1970’s green slime all over his hands.
What was the challenges you faced on the project ?
The biggest challenege on this one has to be the sheer size, it looks from the outside like a straight forward bungalow nice & easy. When we started it we quickly started to realise how much was involved there was socket after socket to install, the homeowner had purchased lots of fancy lights to go up on ceiling, looked fantastic once it was done.
How long did the rewire take ?
The Engineers arrived onsite at 07:30 and completed the House Rewire by 16:00.
What was your favourite bit about the job ?
This was a cracker of a job as once it was finished we had a cup of tea looking over to the rear of the property as the sun set amazing views.
What was the challenges you faced on the project ?
This one was fairly straight forward, the only challenge i would say was the joist in the property it was a cottage with some really thick joists to drill.
How long did the rewire take ?
This one was actually a record breaker for us arrived at the property at 07:30 completely vaccumed mopped & finished by 13:00.
What was your favourite bit about the job ?
This was a cracker of a job as once it was finished we had a cup of tea looking over to the rear of the property as the sun set amazing views.
What was the challenges you faced on the project ?
No challenges on this one, completely striaght forward the owner had prepared the site perfectly for us making the job run nice & smooth.
How long did the rewire take ?
Engineers arrived onsite at 07:30 completing the project by 15:00.
What was your favourite bit about the job ?
My Favourite bit about the job has to be the location it was 1 minute drive from our HQ ideal.
What was the challenges you faced on the project ?
Firstly this property was Huge – absolutley monster of a job so many twists, angles to the building. We was rewiring this property for a great client of ours who we have a looked after numerous times since the rewire. The intital rewire was carried out as they was moving up to manchester from london.
How long did the rewire take ?
This Four bedroom property was completed in 1/day 1/2 amazing achievement for the size of the site.
What was your favourite bit about the job ?
My Favourite bit about the job has to be the client they were so kind and generous keeping us fed & water at all times.
